Key Staff: Simon Smethurst-McIntyre
Simon joined Equality Foundation in 2003 initially working on electronic learning but quickly moving to also deliver training and consultancy. Simon has worked with a large range of clients across both the public, private and not for profit sectors on classroom based training, e-learning and consultancy projects. Simon also delivers consultancy projects and training to clients in West Africa and has additional international experience working with clients in Europe.

Simon holds a Masters degree in Astrophysics from the University of Bristol and has studied the application of complex systems theory to organisational issues at the New England Complex Systems Institute at MIT. He works to apply his learned knowledge of complex systems to the world of Diversity and people/organisational management.
