Key Staff: Robin Williams
Robin joined the Equality Foundation in 2004 to head up the Client Services team. His primary role is to ensure that we exceed our client’s expectations by delivering outstanding service. Robin has 38 years business experience having worked in both the private and public sectors, the vast majority of this time has been spent in senior sales and general management positions. He has worked for Blue Chip organisations such as Xerox, Unisys, Honeywell Bull, Cable & Wireless Global and NatWest Bank.
Robin's public sector experience was with Jobcentre Plus, an agency of the Department of Works & Pensions. Whilst with Jobcentre Plus in his role as Specialist Services Director, Robin was responsible for the recruitment, development and deployment of a number of strategically important specialist teams including Employer Diversity Managers and Specialist Employment Advisors. In summary, Robin brings to this role a wealth of experience of people management, change management and business leadership as well as a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
