Key Staff: Peter Campbell

Photo of Peter Campbell Peter is a fully qualified Learning and Development Consultant with over 12 years experience of designing and facilitating Leadership, Management and Organisational Change programmes. He has designed, developed and facilitated many learning programmes in both the Private and Public sectors particularly in the areas of Leadership, Management competency, Train the Trainer, Employment Law, Harassment and Bullying; and Equality and Diversity related subjects.

During his time at the Equality Foundation Peter has managed many training and research projects including The Rent Service, Jobcentre Plus, and South Gloucestershire Council; and worked on projects for London Arts and the Pension Service as well as delivering a number of training events outside the UK.  

He has a real passion for developing learning solutions that work, so whether it’s procedural work or a developmental programme he will look for ways to make it challenging, informative and fun.  CIPD qualified in Training and Development, and also qualified to use 360 degree feedback; and Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Firo B Psychometric instruments, Peter has a depth of knowledge around supporting people as they learn.
