Photo of Peter CampbellAde is acknowledged as a renowned expert in the field of Equality and Diversity, both in the UK and internationally with nearly 20 years experience in the subject. During his has many years’ experience, his activities have spanned the Public, Private, and Voluntary sectors, and include, research, training, management consultancy, public speaking and membership of a number of government advisory bodies.

Ade is an active member of the Employment Tribunals and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts. As a qualified Barrister of Law his knowledge of the subject area extends to the legal framework for Equality of Opportunity and Diversity. He is co-author of Managing Equality and Diversity published by Croner and Developing Workplace Equality published by Thomson Learning.

Ade is an outstanding facilitator who has an inspirational style of delivery.  He seeks to support people in their learning through: a competent articulation of the subject; challenging norms; and opening up a space to allow real dialogue to occur.  As an example of the range of assignments that Ade has been involved in during the past 6 months, he has delivered Diversity training to the Executive of OGC, carried out assessment facilitator training for Bromford Housing Group, provided consultancy support for the Department for Work and Pensions, facilitated board training for St. John’s Ambulance and delivered a Diversity Mastery programme to a Swedish trade union. This is only a small example of the work that Ade has carried out in the last six months.
